Event management
For those who want to do most of the planning but need a little help at the end executing the day of the event.
Planning begins 6-12 weeks prior to your event. I’ll confirm details with your venue & vendors, create timelines and layouts, and make sure the details are all in place. You also have access to borrow anything from my inventory to use at your event.
On the day of your event, I’ll take care of everything by bringing your vision to life by setting up your décor, ensuring everything in the right place and nothing is forgotten, making sure everything stays on time by communicating with the venue and vendors, and be the main point of contact for vendors and guests, so you can enjoy yourself and relax.

For those that want to be involved with the planning but need assistance with certain aspects during the planning process. This package can be completely personalized to your event planning needs.
You can pick and choose the items from the The Queen Bee package that you want or need assistance with. I will also provide a planning checklist and check-in with you to ensure that nothing is forgotten during the planning process.

This package is designed to help you plan from the very beginning. I take your event vision and budget, recommend & vet potential venues and vendors, tour and meet the top candidates with you, and help you compare to make the right decision.
Full Planning also includes:
- Accommodation & transportation coordination
- Invitations, inserts, and signage design
- RSVP & wedding website management
- Assisting with menu, décor, design, and layout planning, etc.
